Are you looking for a red light therapy panel in the UK without the headache of import duties, international currencies, and shipping delays? Which one is the best choice for UK customers? Where do you begin?
Don't worry, I've done all the work for you. You can sit back, relax, and keep reading!
Comparison Criteria
I have thoroughly reviewed 17 panels and rated them from best to worst in a comprehensive video, Best Red Light Therapy Panel 2024? EPIC Comparison, primarily catering to customers in the United States. I will start with the rankings after six rounds of that series. I excluded the last round, which scored price and shipping for US customers. We will use several criteria filters to narrow the options from 17 to the top 3 panels for UK residents.
Let’s exclude panels that the company doesn’t ship to the UK. As a result, the Red Therapy - Red Rush 840, Gembared Overclocked, and Kala Elite panels are no longer in the running, leaving 14 panels remaining.
Let's exclude high shipping costs. I looked up the shipping costs for all 14 panels and removed 6 panels that are more than £20 to ship.
- PlatinumLED Biomax 900, costing a couple of hundred pounds.
- MitoRed Light- MitPro Pro 1500: shipping is available for £20, but an additional £500 tax is added at checkout.
- Hooga Ultra 1500: shipping is £122.
- LightPath LED Diesel XL Shortie: shipping is £160
- Idoo Lighting 1500, the Alibaba panel: Shipping will cost a couple of hundred pounds; I don’t have the precise amount but it’s quite pricey.
- Joovv Solo 3.0: shipping is about £140 but this number does not include taxes.
There are 8 panels left - 7 of them offer free shipping to the UK. The only one that doesn’t is Block Blue Light. However, Block Blue Light only charge 7 British pounds for shipping.
Let’s eliminate any panels not shipped from a UK warehouse.
You may be wondering why this is significant, particularly with the availability of free shipping for other panels. However, several benefits come with this criterion.
Your order will arrive faster since it’s being shipped domestically. Returning items to a local address is more convenient and cost-effective for order-related problems like transit damage or warranty claims.
Buying panels from a different country can result in extra import duties and unforeseen bills due to handling and processing fees. Taxes may not be included if a company offers free shipping to the UK. As a result, the buyer is always exposed to risk.
This criteria eliminates:
- The Rouge Care G3, the Cytoled Triplex, and Bon Charge Hive Max panels do not ship from the UK.
- The Mito Light Biohacker and Scienlodic P1500 panels are shipped from a European warehouse, so they have slightly faster shipping times. Despite this, import duties are still a challenge.
Top 3 Best Red Light Therapy Panel UK Contenders
The top 3 contenders are Block Blue Light Mega, the Rojo Refine 900, and the Infraredi Pro Max. All ship from a UK-based warehouse!

Let’s Look At The Metrics!
The panels in my comparison series have been ranked and their positions and total points scored are listed below. Block Blue Light Mega secured the 2nd position, The Rojo Therapy Refine 900 secured the 3rd position, and Infraredi Pro Max secured the 13th position.
After using the discount code ALEX, the price for shipping to a UK address, including taxes, is shown in the last column of the list:
I displayed this to show that the Infrared Pro Max is behind the Block Blue Light Mega and the Rojo Therapy Refine.
The Infaredi Pro Max is inexpensive, but its rating in my series is worth noting. If I were you, I wouldn’t consider the Infaredi Pro Max. Look at my review to understand the reasons for my dislikes.
Both Block Blue Light and Rojo Therapy offer exceptional panels with many shared features. On the other hand, they each have their unique attributes.
My Conclusion
If you prioritize rankings and points over price, the Block Blue Light Mega is the best option.
If you're on a budget, go for the Rojo Refine 900.
For those with limited funds, consider the Infraredi Pro Max.
But if you're considering the Infradei, first look at the panels that offer free shipping and compare their features. You might find a similar-priced panel, although you may have to pay some import taxes. Overall, it's likely to be a better panel than the Infraredi Pro Max.
Before making a purchase, it’s important to consider all available options.
Five Additional UK Options
Below I've listed five additional UK red light therapy panel options:
1) Red Light Rising
A UK-based company, Red Light Rising has been operating in the market for quite some time. I've had the opportunity to meet the founders and have reviewed many of their products. Their panels are good, but a bit on the pricey side.
Although I did not have their panel for my 2024 comparison series, I would still give their Full Stack panel consideration. After using the discount code ALEX, it will cost around £700. However, it’s an older panel and is rather narrow.
2) Red Light Man
Red Light Man is a reputable UK company that specializes in Red Light Therapy panels. They were among the first players in this industry. Currently, I do not have any discount codes for their products, and I have not yet reviewed any of their panels.
I would suggest considering their Combo Body Light 2.0. This panel seems promising as it covers the full range of wavelengths. However, it is not as wide as my preference. Since I have not reviewed this specific panel, I cannot provide information on its power numbers.
3) LumiRed
LumiRed is a company based in Ireland, not in the UK. If you’re in Ireland, you might want to give them a look. I haven’t reviewed their panels.
4) Helios
Based in the UK, Helio offers the Helios ClinicPro 1500 panel, which is similar in size to the panels we’ve been discussing. The panel has an approximate price of £900. Despite not having reviewed their panels, I’ve heard positive feedback. I hope to review their panels and get a discount code.
5) Derma Red
The Derma Red Elite 1500 panel is manufactured by CareLamps, based in the UK. With a price tag of about £1100, it features a touchscreen control system and wireless connectivity. This makes the panel a feature-rich option like Block Blue Light Mega and Rojo Refine 900. I haven’t reviewed it and I don’t have any discount codes.
